constant humsingle-pane glass

the noise level was certainly a problem. a loud, constant hum seemed to emanate from a nearby utility closet ALL night. i could also hear considerable street noise because the windows had single-pane glass. these issues made getting restful sleep DIFFICULT.

the studio was spacious and well furnished. the bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. the hotel has complementary washers and dryers for guest use.

i found communication with the staff online slow. it took time to answer our requests. a reception desk would improve communications greatly.

The apartment provided fine views. I could watch the sunrise from the bed (it was amazing with the Hollywood Sign in sight!). The staff was always available and very friendly whenever I needed something.

The early credit card charge was unexpected. I would have preferred payment closer to my stay because of exchange rate fluctuations.
